Description
Ray-Ban drew the Aviator in 1937 for US Army Air Corps pilots, and the Large Metal keeps that teardrop at full size.
The frame here is a light brown, a warm bronze gold rather than the bright yellow gold the Aviator is usually seen in, with brown temple tips and clear adjustable nose pads.
The lenses are a gradient that starts deep brown across the top and warms through to a soft pink along the bottom edge, so the whole pair sits on the warm side rather than the cool grey most sunglasses default to.
