Shipping within New Zealand

  • Free Shipping: On all orders $80 and over
  • Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate for other orders
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 working days for most areas

Shipping to Australia

We now ship to Australia! All prices shown in AUD at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: $25 AUD on orders under $150 AUD
  • Express Delivery: $40 AUD
  • Free Standard Delivery: On all orders $150 AUD and over
  • Delivery Time: 5–10 working days for standard, 3–5 working days for express

Duties and taxes: As we are a New Zealand store, your order will arrive GST-free. In most cases there are no additional charges for orders under AUD $1,000. For more details, check the Australian Border Force website.

Shipping to the rest of the world

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and the South Pacific. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

  • Delivery: Tracked with NZ Post, 7 to 15 working days
  • United States: Duties are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives
  • Everywhere else: Any import duties or taxes are charged by your local customs and are yours to cover
  • NZ delivery only: Fragrance, candles, incense, glassware and drinkware can't be shipped overseas

Returns on International Orders

Orders shipped to Australia have our normal 30-day returns. Orders sent anywhere else are final sale, but if something arrives faulty get in touch within 30 days and we will sort it.
