Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? No worries.

We offer a refund or exchange on any product that is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase — online or in-store.  We'll probably accept a return after this as well - just get in touch!  Any freight costs are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (we will likely have your purchase saved in our system if you're a loyalty member)
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Final Sale items (these would have been clearly marked at time of purchase)
    • Underwear
    • Earrings
    • Socks

How to Return

You can return to our store on Hurstmere Road, Takapuna (once it opens in October 2025!) or if you'd like to return it to us via courier, email us at help@wally.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with a return label.  Please note the return courier will be at your cost.
