Not quite right? No worries.

We offer a refund or exchange on any product returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, online or in-store.
If you’re outside this window, just get in touch. We’ll usually still try to help.

Please note: any original freight costs are non-refundable.


Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required
    (If you’ve given us your email address, we’ll likely have your purchase saved in our system)

Sale items (permanent markdowns) can be returned for a credit or exchange only, no refunds.

Items not eligible for return

  • Underwear

  • Earrings

  • Socks


How to return

The best and fastest option (recommended)

Use our self-service returns option.  You can do this by logging into your account, clicking on 'Orders' and then 'Request Return' on the relevant order.

It’s the quickest way to lodge your return and helps us process it faster.

Please note: return courier costs are at the customer’s expense.


In-store returns

You can return items to our store on Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland with proof of purchase.
