Description
The Aviator is where Ray-Ban started, drawn in 1937 for US Army Air Corps pilots, and the Large Metal is that original teardrop at full size.
This is the gunmetal colourway, a cool grey metal across the thin wire rims and the double bridge, finished with black temple tips and clear adjustable nose pads.
The lenses are a flat orange. It is a warm amber tint rather than a mirror, so you look straight through them and the colour reads from the outside.
