You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Most NZ orders arrive in 1–3 business days. If it’s been longer, flick us a message and we’ll help track it down.

Yep - all orders over $50 ship free within New Zealand. Orders under $50 ship for $6 flat.

You sure can. Choose “Click & Collect” at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s ready for pickup at our Takapuna store (opens October 2025).

Absolutely. We offer refunds or exchanges on anything returned in a saleable condition within 30 days. Changed your mind after that? Get in touch - we’re usually pretty flexible.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. You’ll also need proof of purchase (we can usually find it if you're a loyalty member).

We can’t accept returns on:

• Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
• Underwear
• Earrings
• Socks

Return it in-store or via courier. For courier returns, email help@wally.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps. Return shipping is at your cost.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Pay how you like - we’re easy.

Afterpay splits your total into 4 interest-free instalments. The first is paid at checkout, then the rest every two weeks. No interest or fees if you pay on time.

Yep - if your device supports it and it’s set up, Apple Pay or Google Pay will appear as a payment option at checkout.

We do - digital gift cards are available here. Email them straight to someone or send it to yourself to pass on later. They can be used online or in-store.
