đ Orders & Shipping
Where is my order?
Youâll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Most NZ orders arrive in 1â3 business days. If itâs been longer, flick us a message and weâll help track it down.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep - all orders over $80 ship free within New Zealand. Orders under $80 ship for $6.95.
Can I pick up in-store?
You sure can. Choose âClick & Collectâ at checkout and weâll let you know when itâs ready for pickup at our Takapuna store.
đ Returns & Exchanges
Can I return something?
Absolutely. We offer refunds or exchanges on full priced items returned in a saleable condition within 30 days. Sale items can be returned for credit or an exchange. We do not provide refunds on Sale items. Changed your mind after that? Get in touch - weâre usually pretty flexible. Â
What condition does the item need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Youâll also need proof of purchase (we can usually find it if you're a loyalty member).
What canât be returned?
We canât accept returns on:
- Underwear
- Earrings
- Socks

How do I return something?
Use our self-service returns option. You can do this by logging into your account, clicking on 'Orders' and then 'Request Return' on the relevant order.
Itâs the quickest way to lodge your return and helps us process it faster.
Please note: return courier costs are at the customerâs expense.
How do refunds work?
Once weâve received and checked your return, weâll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs arenât refunded. This only applies to Full Priced items - sale items can only be returned for an exchange or credit.
Can I exchange instead?
Of course. Let us know what you'd like instead when you contact us and weâll hold it for you (if available).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Pay how you like - weâre easy.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay splits your total into 4 interest-free instalments. The first is paid at checkout, then the rest every two weeks. No interest or fees if you pay on time.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yep - if your device supports it and itâs set up, Apple Pay or Google Pay will appear as a payment option at checkout.
đ Gift Cards & In-Store Info
Do you sell gift cards?
We do - digital gift cards are available here. Email them straight to someone or send it to yourself to pass on later. They can be used online or in-store.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes - our first store opened in October 2025 on 53 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna. We canât wait to welcome you in.
