Founded by Grace Ghee, who came to fashion from a finance career, it makes shirts, tanks, skirts and dresses in quality natural fabrics, cut to get you out the door without fuss and carry from the desk through to everything after. The Gracious range at Wally
Shirts are the signature. The Vela Shirt is the crisp cotton style Gracious is known for, and we run it in Ivory, Frost and Slate. The Vela Dress carries the same shirting look into a midi, in Cacao and Iris. For layering there is the Luna Tank in Espresso and Midnight, plus the Aven Shirt, the Kira Halter and the Nora Skirt. Gracious works in small runs and pieces sell through rather than getting repeated, so if your size is showing, grab it.
Fit and sizing
Gracious runs a standard S to XL range. The shirts are cut to sit slightly oversized through the shoulders, so if you are fuller-busted the brand suggests sizing up on the Vela Shirt. Every product page lists the model size and measurements to make online sizing workable. Between sizes or not sure? Message us or call into the Takapuna store and try pieces on.
