Soleil Soleil

Soleil Soleil was founded by Emma and Isabel, who first met while working at a Sydney-based textile studio, creating print designs for some of the biggest names in Australian and international fashion. They bonded over a shared love of vintage textiles, slow and conscious fashion, and lunch breaks by the beach. Inspired to create something of their own, they set out to design a sustainable, nostalgic range of textiles that celebrates good times in the sunshine — and Soleil Soleil was born.

The brand is part of a growing movement that bridges the gap between two passions: beautiful, considered design and care for the planet. Every collection reflects their commitment to sustainability, timeless style, and a slower way of creating, made for lovers of design who care about their impact.

Founded with heart and intention, Soleil Soleil continues to craft sustainable textiles that capture the spirit of sunny days, coastal living, and conscious fashion.

From the start, sustainability has been at the core of Soleil Soleil’s ethos. The brand is carbon neutral and plants one tree for every order through a partnership with Greenspark. Their t-shirts are made from 100% recycled cotton, using a pioneering production process, ethically made in Los Angeles and screen-printed locally in Sydney. Additionally, resortwear and accessories are crafted from BCI-certified cotton, and pareos use organic cotton — both choices that promote better environmental and farmer conditions.

Their commitment extends into packaging, with compostable, biodegradable garment bags, recycled paper swing tags, and recycled cardboard shipping materials — all designed to reduce environmental impact. Soleil Soleil also offers free repairs for products to ensure longevity, encouraging thoughtful consumption, care, and repair over disposal.

Further reinforcing their environmental leadership, Soleil Soleil is certified by The Climate Label, highlighting their proactive greenhouse gas tracking, carbon funding, and actionable emission-reduction plans — including waste reuse, transitioning to sea freight, and moving toward B Corp certification.
