Description
The Aviator dates to 1937, and the Large Metal is that teardrop at full size, drawn in thin wire with a double bridge and slim temples.
This is the black version with polarised G-15 green lenses. The frame is black through the rims, the bridge and the arms, with black temple tips and clear adjustable nose pads. G-15 keeps colours close to true, and the polarising filter takes out reflected glare off water, wet roads and glass. The P beside the Ray-Ban logo on the lens is the marker.
It shares its colours with the RB3025 002/58 but comes as a single 58. The inside of the arm reads Aviator Large Metal W3361 58 14 135 3P, so the fit figures below come off the pair itself.
