Description
The 1937 Aviator frame in black rather than gold, with the G-15 green lens the model was launched on. Teardrop lenses, double brow bar, thin metal throughout.
G-15 is a dark green that keeps colours close to true instead of flattening them, and this pair is polarised, so glare off water, road and glass drops away as well. The P beside the logo on the lens is the marker.
Black against green is a harder contrast than gold against green, and it comes in 58mm and 62mm on a metal frame with 100% UV protection.
