Everyday Solitude is a New Zealand-born, women-led initiative committed to advancing human connection and supporting the mental wellness of everyone it reaches. Grounded in clinical research and guided by the Te Whare Tapa Whā model, the brand exists to normalise mental distress, reduce stigma, and make open conversation about mental health feel a little more everyday.

Their hero product, Everyday Conversations, is a card game built for real connection. Spanning four categories - intimacy, discomfort, reflection, and courage - it's designed for two to six people and gives you the prompts to go deeper than small talk. Whether it's around a dinner table, on a road trip, or at a gathering, it creates the kind of conversations that actually matter.
