Radar EV Heater Sunglasses - Transparent Abyss/Prizm Ruby

The Radar EV Heater belongs to Oakley's Radar EV family, where EV stands for extended view: the lens runs taller than the original Radar's, so there is more lens and less frame at the top of your vision when your head is down. It is a one-piece shield held in a half rim, with the lower edge left open and a notch cut into the lens at each end where it meets the frame.

This is Transparent Abyss with a Prizm Ruby lens. The front is a see-through deep navy, clear enough that you can make out the hinge workings inside it, with an off-white Oakley icon at each hinge. The arms are matte black and finish in translucent blue tips to match, with a black nose pad. Prizm Ruby is a red mirror through the middle that runs to orange and yellow at the outer edges, reading a warm bronze from behind.

The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material, with open vents through the temples just behind the hinge. This colourway is not polarised.
