Description
The Radar EV Heater belongs to Oakley's Radar EV family, where EV stands for extended view: the lens runs taller than the original Radar's, so there is more lens and less frame at the top of your vision when your head is down. It is a one-piece shield held in a half rim, with the lower edge left open and a notch cut into the lens at each end where it meets the frame.
This is Polished White with a Prizm Sapphire lens. The gloss white frame carries a blue Oakley icon at each hinge, grey earsocks with white tips and a black nose pad, and the lens is a bright blue mirror that turns violet toward the edge, with Prizm tuning the contrast rather than just dimming the light.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material, with open vents through the temples just behind the hinge. This colourway is not polarised.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium.
