Description
The Holbrook is Oakley's square frame, built on a flat brow, a keyhole bridge and straight temples that run to the ear without a curve. It has been in the range since 2011.
Matte Cyan Blue Colorshift does what the name says. The finish is a matte metallic that reads bright cyan across the centre of the front and down the middle of each temple, then turns through to a deep indigo at the outer corners and the temple tips, so the colour moves as the frame turns in the light. The Oakley icon on the temples is left in dark gunmetal.
Lenses are polarised Prizm Black, a dark tint under a silver mirror, and the pairing is deliberate: the frame carries all the colour and the lens stays neutral. The polarising filter takes out flat glare off water, road and bonnet, and Prizm works underneath it on contrast.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium.
