Description
The Holbrook is Oakley's square frame, built on a flat brow, a keyhole bridge and straight temples. This is the one colourway in the run where the frame is the loudest part of it.
Fern Spacedust is an olive green shot through with iridescent flecks that catch gold, blue and pink depending on how the light hits. Up close it reads as a metallic speckle across the whole frame rather than a flat green, and the darker tone keeps it wearable.
The lenses are polarised Prizm Tungsten, a warm bronze that sits easy on the eye in strong light. The polarising filter takes out the flat glare coming off water, road and bonnet, and Prizm works underneath it on contrast, so detail holds rather than washing out. Bronze rivets at the end pieces and a matching Oakley icon on each temple finish it.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium.
