Description
The Holbrook is Oakley's square frame, built on a flat brow, a keyhole bridge and straight temples that keep it sitting flat against the head. This is the wide calibre of it, running a 61mm lens rather than the standard 55mm, so it covers more of the face and reads bolder without changing the shape.
The front is matte black, with the Oakley icon set into each temple in a blue that picks up the lens. Prizm Sapphire is a bright blue mirror over the top, so from the outside it is all reflection while the tint underneath stays neutral enough to wear through the day.
Prizm is Oakley's lens tech, tuned to lift contrast rather than just cut brightness, so colour separation holds instead of flattening out in strong light. The mirror coating takes the edge off glare coming back at you from water, sand and road.
