Description
Green lenses sit behind a matte camouflage print of olive, sand, rust and black that covers the front and both temples. The tint and the olive in the print land in the same family, so the pair reads as one object rather than a patterned frame with sunglasses set into it.
That is the difference between this and the dark grey lensed version of the same print. Grey holds the frame and the lens apart; green ties them together and takes some of the noise out of the pattern.
The New Wayfarer is the softened take on the 1952 Wayfarer, a little smaller in the front and rounder at the corners. This one is nylon, in the 55mm width.
