Description
The Latch is a soft round frame, slightly flattened across the top, with an open slot cut through the bridge above the nose. A slim plate wraps each hinge and carries the Oakley icon, and the arms run straight and clean back from there.
This is the matte black colourway, flat black from the front to the tips with dark plates at the hinges, so all of the colour comes from the lens. Prizm Violet is a bright violet mirror that reads warm brown from behind, and Prizm tunes the contrast so colours stay separated rather than flattening out.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material. The lens is not polarised.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear.
