Description
The Latch is a soft round frame, slightly flattened across the top, with an open slot cut through the bridge above the nose. A slim plate wraps each hinge and carries the Oakley icon, and the arms run straight and clean back from there.
This is the Matte Brown Tortoise colourway, a deep brown and amber tortoise in a soft matte finish through the front and arms, with gunmetal plates at the hinges. Prizm Black is a dark grey lens under a light silver mirror, the one to reach for in bright, open light, with Prizm keeping the contrast up so detail does not wash out.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material. The lens is not polarised.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions.
