Description
The Round Metal is Ray-Ban's circular wire frame: thin rims with a finely milled edge, a slim arched bar over the bridge with the same texture, and adjustable nose pads. Nothing more than it needs.
Rose gold gives the metal a warm, pinkish copper tone, carried through the rims, the bridge and the wire temples, which finish in clear tips. The Blue lenses are a muted slate blue that sits close to grey, solid from top to bottom with no gradient, and a small RB monogram is etched on the right lens.
The inside of the arm reads RB 3447 ROUND METAL 9202/R5 50 21 145 3N, so the fit figures below come off the pair itself. The 3N marks a category 3 tint, the standard dark lens for full sun. The frame is metal and made in Italy, and the lenses are not polarised.
