Description
The Radar EV Path is the tall-lens Radar, a one-piece shield carried in a half-rim frame. EV stands for extended view, which is Oakley's way of saying the lens runs higher than the original so there is more of it above the eyeline.
This is polished white with polarised Prizm Black lenses, the top spec of the range. Prizm Black is the deep, low-transmission tint, and the polarising filter sits under it to kill the flat glare that comes off tarmac, water and car bonnets.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material, and the white against a near-black lens is the sharpest contrast in the line-up.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear.
