Description

Oakley's Radar EV Path is a one-piece shield in a half-rim frame, the shape road riders settled on and then everyone else borrowed. EV stands for extended view: the lens runs taller than the original Radar, so the top of your vision is glass rather than frame.

This is the Steel colourway, a matte grey frame with Prizm Road Jade lenses, a green mirror over a tint tuned for tarmac. The grey keeps it quiet from the front and the lens does all the talking.

The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material, left open along the bottom edge of the lens.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions. Worn at the highest level of sport and collected well beyond it.
