Description
The Radar EV Path is Oakley's road shield, a single lens carried in a half-rim frame. EV is short for extended view: the lens sits taller than the original Radar, so there is more of it above your eyeline when your head is down and the road is at the top of the frame.
High Resolution Carbon is a dark graphite finish with a vented section punched along the top edge. The lens is Prizm Black, the darkest tune in the Prizm family, with a polarised filter over it to take the glare off wet tarmac and open water.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own frame material, left open along the bottom of the lens so nothing sits between you and the road.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions.
