Description

The RB3663 is a wide metal navigator, square through the lens and held together by a double brow bar that runs flat across the top of the frame.

This one is black right through, a slim black metal front with black temples and black tips, fitted with G-15 green lenses. G-15 is the original Ray-Ban green, the tint drawn up for the first Aviator, and it cuts glare while keeping colours close to true.

At 60mm it sits at the wide end of the range, on a metal frame with 100% UV protection.

About Ray-Ban
Ray-Ban began in 1937 with a commission from the US Army Air Corps: build a lens pilots could trust against glare at altitude. The result became the Aviator, and the Wayfarer followed in 1952, two of the most recognised and most copied designs in eyewear history. Nearly a century on, the icons remain in production largely unchanged while a new generation of designs, from bio-based frames to the sculptural Puffer series, keeps the catalogue moving. Few brands span military kit, film wardrobes and everyday essentials in the same breath.
