Description
The Mega Wayfarer II takes the angled trapezoid front of the 1952 Wayfarer and scales it up, with a thicker rim, a higher brow and more lens across the face. This is the low bridge fit version, which Ray-Ban cuts for a lower or flatter nose bridge and higher cheekbones, so the frame sits where it should rather than sliding down the nose or resting on the cheeks.
Gloss black with green lenses is the classic Wayfarer pairing and the one most people picture first. The gloss picks up the light along the brow, and the silver rivets at the front corners and the Ray-Ban logo plate on each temple read cleanly against it.
The lenses are a solid green with the Ray-Ban signature in white on the right lens. They are not polarised, and it comes in one size, with a 55mm lens width.
