Description
The Turbine is Oakley's bigger, squarer wrap: a thick-rimmed frame with a curve through the front and long tapered temples, cut to hold its position rather than to sit quietly.
This is the matte black colourway with polarised Prizm Jade lenses, a green mirror that turns blue towards the outer edge. The Oakley icon on the temple is picked out in the same green, with OAKLEY debossed along the temple behind it.
Prizm is Oakley's contrast-tuning lens technology, so colour separation holds rather than flattening out, and the polarisation takes the glare off water, road and glass. It is built for open, hard light.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium.
