Description
Oakley introduced the Holbrook in 2011 and it has held its place in the range ever since: a square mid-century silhouette with a keyhole bridge and small metal rivets at the front corners, carrying Oakley's lens engineering behind a shape you can wear anywhere.
Steel is a metallic grey with a fine fleck running through the finish, so the front catches light rather than sitting flat, and the Oakley ellipse is set into each temple in the same tone. The Prizm Daily Polarised lens is a deep grey with a plum cast and no mirror, so it reads as a quiet lens from the outside.
Prizm is Oakley's contrast-tuning lens technology, tuned here for everyday light so colours stay separated rather than flattening out the way a plain tint does. The polarised filter takes the glare off road, water and glass on top of that.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions. Worn at the highest level of sport and collected well beyond it.
