Description
Oakley introduced the Holbrook in 2011 and it has held its place in the range ever since: a square mid-century silhouette with a keyhole bridge and small metal rivets at the front corners. This is the XL, marked as such beside the bridge, so the same shape comes through wider at 59mm.
Worth knowing before you order: Prizm Gaming 2.0 is a pale yellow lens, far lighter than a sun tint. It is a contrast lens rather than a dark one, so these read closer to a tinted pair of glasses than to a set of dark sunglasses.
Matte Carbon is a flat charcoal grey rather than a black, and the temples carry a red halftone dot print that runs from the hinge to the tip, with a silver Oakley ellipse set into each side. These are not polarised, which is where the price sits below the polarised Holbrooks on the same frame.
