Description
The Gibston is Oakley's rectangular wrap. The brow runs dead straight across the front and the lens curves right around to the hinge, so it sits closer to the face than a flat frame does, and the temples are thick and square with the Oakley icon set into the side.
This is matte black front to back with the icon in chrome, the quietest version of the frame, and it is the polarised build of Prizm Black. Prizm Black is the darkest tint in the range, so the lens reads close to solid from the outside, and the polarising filter takes out the flat glare off water, wet road and windscreens while the Prizm tuning keeps contrast working underneath.
The frame is O Matter and the front is marked 61mm across the lens.

About Oakley
