Description
The Gibston is Oakley's wrapped rectangle. The brow runs straight across the front and the lens curves back towards the hinge, so it sits closer to the face than a flat frame does, and the temples are broad and square with the Oakley icon set into the side.
Matt Transparent Stonewash is a frosted, see-through denim blue from the front to the temple tips, with a silver Oakley icon on each arm. Prizm Snow Sapphire runs from rose across the top of the lens to a pale blue mirror towards the lower edge, warm against the cool blue of the frame.
Prizm Snow Sapphire comes from Oakley's snow lens range, tuned to hold detail in the surface in front of you in bright, high-glare light. These are not polarised. The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material, and the lens measures 60mm across.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear.
