Description
First released in 1994, the Eye Jacket helped define Oakley's retro-future look. The Redux brings the original's rounded rectangular lines back with modern materials and Prizm lens technology.
This is Sandstorm, a pale sand frame with polarised Prizm Ruby lenses. The polarisation strips glare bouncing off water, road and glass, and the Ruby tint runs warm, so bright days sit easier without the picture going flat.
Pale frame against a bright red mirror is the highest-contrast pairing in the range, and the polarised lens is the premium spec.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions.
