Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage with a motocross grip made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Fifty years on, the obsessions have not changed: material science and optics, pushed further than anyone else cares to go. O Matter frames, Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions, and silhouettes that defined the retro-future look. The Eye Jacket Redux leads our range, the 1994 icon back in eight colourways from matte black and Dark Amber Bengal to full mirror and polarised finishes. Read our guide to every Redux colourway on the Wally Journal. Around it sit the Terraforma and new Cage Jacket, the metal Wire Tap 2.0, and the alpine-spec Plantaris with its category 4 snow lens. Every Oakley frame carries a model and colour code on the inside of the arm, OO9438 943801 for example. We list the code on every product page under Fit, so if you already know the pair you want, search the code on our site or bring it in store and we will match it.

What is Prizm?
Oakley's lens technology that fine-tunes colour and contrast for specific environments rather than just darkening the view. Prizm Grey and Black suit everyday wear, Tungsten and Bronze warm things up for mixed light, and Snow lenses are built for bright alpine conditions.

Which Oakleys are polarised?
The Eye Jacket Redux in Silver and Matte Vapor, the Cage Jacket in X-Silver and the Wire Tap 2.0 all carry Prizm Polarized lenses. Look for Polarised in the product name.
