Ray-Ban has arrived at Wally. Our first range covers the Wayfarer and Clubmaster, the sculptural new Puffer family, and a run of new-generation frames built bio-based.
The icons, unchanged
The Wayfarer Classic ($289.99) has been worn by musicians and film stars since 1952 and is still made the same way, black acetate with a tilted trapezoidal front and crystal G-15 green lenses. The G-15 was developed for military pilots to cut glare while keeping colours true, and the crystal glass version has a clarity plastic lenses do not match.
The Clubmaster ($289.99) is the browline icon in its definitive colourway, Black on Gold with the same crystal G-15 lens. A bold acetate brow over fine gold-tone rims, rooted in 1950s style and never really out of it since.
The Puffer family
The Puffer series takes the house icons and re-renders them with thick, inflated profiles. They look heavy and are not. Every Puffer frame is lightweight nylon with bio-based lenses, wide fitting with a high bridge.

The dark violet lenses, including the Wayfarer Puffer colourway from Ray-Ban's work with A$AP Rocky, run a lighter tint than the ultra black options. If you want one Puffer to start with, the Wayfarer Puffer in black on black is the safest bet. The transparent dark brown Kiliane is the one that gets noticed.
The new generation
Beyond the icons and the Puffers we picked four newer shapes. The Zuri ($239.99) is a narrow Y2K rectangle in warm Havana tortoise with metal dot rivets, built from bio-based plastic. The Zaya ($289.99) is a compact pillow shape with polarised lenses, the practical pick for water and driving. The Khal ($269.99) is a chunky square with a keyhole bridge that wears like a modern cousin of the Wayfarer. And the RB3928 ($339.99) is the wildcard, a rimless rectangle in Arista gold with dark green lenses straight out of the nineties archive.
A note on sizing
Sunglasses sizes are the lens width in millimetres, and most of this range sits between 47mm and 55mm. Narrow faces suit the smaller end, wider faces the larger. The Puffers deliberately run wide. If you are unsure, come in and try them on.
