Description
The Willow Shirt in Liana is Soleil Soleil's take on the classic oversized button up, cut from 100% cotton in their signature Liana print. The print draws from the curling, climbing forms of the liana vine, translated into hand drawn pinstripes with a deliberate wobble that keeps things feeling organic and imperfect. The palette is neutral cream and brown, with Soleil Soleil's handwritten "Soleil" signature scattered through the stripes for a quietly branded touch.
What sets the Willow apart from a standard button up is the open side seams with adjustable drawstrings. Left loose, the shirt hangs in a relaxed, boxy silhouette that catches the breeze. Ruched up, the drawstrings gather the sides and create a softer, more fitted shape through the body. It gives you two looks from one shirt, which makes it particularly useful for travel and resort dressing where you want to pack light and style smart. Custom "Soleil Soleil" Corso buttons finish the front closure.
The fit is deliberately oversized and unisex. Take your normal size to get the intended relaxed proportion. Wear it open over swimwear and a pareo, buttoned up with linen shorts, or thrown over a slip dress for a layered evening look.

About Soleil Soleil
Soleil Soleil was born when two textile designers, Emma and Isabel, met at a Sydney studio and bonded over vintage fabrics, slow fashion and lunch breaks at the beach. Now designing from two different hemispheres, they create resort wear and beachwear for sun chasers and golden days by the water. Every piece is consciously made, from printed linen sets and swimwear to towelling robes, scarves and bags.
