Description
The Balloon Barrel is the fullest shape in the Rolla's range, a high rise jean that fits close through the waist and seat and then curves out through the thigh and calf in a rounded, cocoon-like leg. Front pleats build the volume in from the top, giving it a vintage-inspired shape rather than a simple wide leg.
Noir is a clean black denim wash with tonal stitching, so the silhouette reads as one uninterrupted line. A silver branded button, copper rivets and a fabric Rolla's logo on the back pocket are the only hardware. Scoop front pockets and Rolla's spade back pockets sit neatly on the fitted seat, and a button fly finishes the front.
It is cut in premium rigid 100% cotton denim, which is what makes the shape work. The fabric has enough body to hold the curve of the leg on its own, and it eases and moulds to you as it wears in. A statement jean in black, which keeps it wearable every day.
