Description
The RB4441D is a narrow oval with thick rounded rims, a low bridge and wide flat temples that taper as they run back. It sits close to the face, a compact shape rather than a broad one, and the rims are heavy enough that the outline holds its own.
Gloss black front, gloss black temples, dark grey lenses. There is nothing else going on, which is the appeal of it: one strong shape in one colour, with the Ray-Ban signature on the lens and the temple the only markings anywhere on it.
Dark grey is the neutral lens, so colours come through much as they are rather than warmed or cooled. The frame is injected nylon, which keeps rims this chunky light on the face, and the lenses block 100% of UV.
