Description

The RB2243D is a squared rectangle with a flat top line, gently rounded lower corners and a clean taper out to the hinges. There is nothing on the front but the Ray-Ban signature on the left lens and the RB monogram on the right.

Transparent Light Brown is paler than the name suggests: a see-through sandy beige, closer to bone than to brown, and it runs the same the full length of the temples. The silver hinge plates show through the acetate at the top corners.

The lens is a brown gradient, deep at the top and fading to almost clear along the bottom edge, so it sits darker where you look up and lighter where you look down. The frame is acetate.
