Description
The RB2228 is a wraparound with an oval lens shape, so it sits tight to the face without the hard angles most wrap frames use. The rims are thick, the front curve is deep, and the temples flare out wide before hooking back.
This is the Silver colourway, a pale metallic silver with a fine pearly sheen right through the frame and temples, with the Ray-Ban script on each arm. The lenses are light green under a silver mirror, so from the front they read as a cool silver and the green shows through from behind.
The frame is nylon, light enough to carry a curve this deep, and the lens is not polarised.
