Description

The Olympian I Deluxe is a long, narrow oval in metal that wraps gently round at the sides. A thick brow bar arcs across the top of the lenses and dips over the nose, with a slim second bridge and adjustable nose pads underneath.

This is the black colourway, black from the brow bar through the wire temples to the tips, with G-15 Green lenses, a deep green tint that keeps colours natural. They are polarised, so glare off water, road and glass is cut rather than just dimmed, and the P beside the Ray-Ban signature on the lens marks it.

About Ray-Ban
Ray-Ban began in 1937 with a commission from the US Army Air Corps: build a lens pilots could trust against glare at altitude. The result became the Aviator, and the Wayfarer followed in 1952, two of the most recognised and most copied designs in eyewear history. Nearly a century on, the icons remain in production largely unchanged while a new generation of designs, from bio-based frames to the sculptural Puffer series, keeps the catalogue moving. Few brands span military kit, film wardrobes and everyday essentials in the same breath.
