Description
The Hexagonal is Ray-Ban's thin wire metal frame with the rim cut into six flat sides. Same fine build as the Round Metal and the Aviator, same adjustable nose pads and wire temples, but the geometry gives it a sharper line across the face.
Black steel with a bronze mirror that runs warm rose copper right across the lens, straight on and at an angle both. It is the warmest of the black Hexagonals and the one that reads most clearly as a mirror from a distance.
Black temple tips keep the frame one tone, the lenses are flat rather than curved, and it comes in two widths at 51mm and 54mm. The other bronze on this frame is the 002/39, which stays cool grey straight on and only flashes warm when the light catches it, so this is the more committed of the two.
