Description
The Chris is the squarer end of the Ray-Ban range, a flat brow and softly squared lenses set on a keyhole bridge, carried on slim metal temples rather than thick plastic arms. That combination is what keeps a frame this wide from feeling heavy.
This is the havana version, a dark tortoise front with amber running through the grain, on brown gradient lenses that sit dense across the brow and clear towards the bottom. The temples are gunmetal with brown tips, so the hardware stays out of the way of the pattern.
Tortoise on a squared frame is the least fussy of the four colourways here. It reads as a brown frame from any distance and does the work of a black one without the hard edge.
