Description
The Turbine is Oakley's bigger, squarer wrap: a thick-rimmed frame with a curve through the front and long tapered temples, cut to hold its position rather than to sit quietly.
Matte black front to back, with the Oakley icon on the temple left in plain silver, and Prizm Black behind it, the darkest lens in the range. It is a deep grey with a low silver sheen across it rather than a bright mirror, so nothing on the pair asks to be looked at.
Prizm is Oakley's contrast-tuning lens technology, so colour separation holds rather than flattening out. The frame is O Matter.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium.
