Description
The Radar EV Path is the tall-lens Radar. EV stands for extended view, so the shield runs higher than the original and there is less frame sitting in the top of your vision when your head is down.
This is matte sapphire with polarised Prizm Sapphire lenses. The front is a bright blue with black temples and blue tips, and the lens runs a cyan blue mirror that shifts violet toward the outer edges, over a warm rose base you see from behind. The polarising filter takes out the flat glare coming off road, water and bonnet, and Prizm works underneath it on contrast, so detail holds rather than washing out.
The lens is a single piece held in a half-rim O Matter frame, vented along the top edge, which leaves the bottom of your vision open.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium.
