Description
First released in 1994, the Eye Jacket helped define Oakley's retro-future look. The Redux brings the original's rounded rectangular lines back with modern materials and Prizm lens technology.
This is Matte Brown Smoke, a warm translucent brown frame with polarised Prizm Deep Water lenses. Deep Water is Oakley's on-the-water tint: the polarisation kills surface glare and the lens is tuned to pull detail out of blue-green light.
An ice blue mirror against a smoked brown frame makes this the most restrained of the polarised colourways.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions.
