Description
The Eloise Wrap Shirt is a proper shirt reworked into something with more movement. A soft ombre check, a full collar and long sleeves, with the front crossing over at the waist and tying so the hem sits high and the ties fall long.
How much skin it shows is up to you. Tied loose it reads as a cropped shirt with a deliberate drape, tied higher it becomes closer to a top. Either way the long tails give it a sense of occasion that a straight shirt never manages.
Best with a wide leg jean and very little else.

About Madison the Label
Madison the Label was started in 2010 by Australian sisters Denise and Nellie, and has spent the years since building a wardrobe around the same idea: pieces that look considered without asking much of you. The label works in natural fibres and quality fabrics, with grounded silhouettes that lean feminine but never fussy. Slip skirts cut on the bias, fine knit tops, easy satin trousers, tailoring that works on a Tuesday and on a Friday night. Collections are designed to sit outside a season rather than chase one, which is why the pieces tend to stay in rotation long after the drop they arrived in.
