From the Butter Goods x Daniel Johnston collaboration, the Frog Ceramic Incense Holder in Light Green brings Johnston's iconic Hi How Are You frog into three dimensions as a functional ceramic piece. Daniel Johnston was a beloved American outsider artist and musician whose lo-fi recordings and distinctive hand-drawn characters became symbols of independent culture. The frog, originally drawn for a 1983 album cover, is one of the most widely recognised images in underground art, and it translates beautifully into this sculpted form.
The incense holder functions as a ceramic chamber with a printed graphic on the back, designed to hold a standard incense stick while catching ash.
