Description
The RB2236 is long and low: a slim rectangle with oval lens openings, a flat brow that runs past the lenses to square-cut ends, and solid, broad temples. Two silver pin rivets sit one above the other at each front corner, and the Ray-Ban signature sits on each arm.
This is the Bordeaux colourway, an opaque deep wine red carried from the front through to the temple tips. The lenses are a grey gradient, dark grey across the top easing to light grey at the lower edge, with no mirror.
The frame is propionate and stamped RB 2236 6899/71 54 20 145 3N on the inside of the arm, so the fit figures below come off the frame itself. The 3N marks a category 3 tint, not polarised.
