Description
The RB2228 is a wraparound with an oval lens shape, so it sits tight to the face without the hard angles most wrap frames use. The rims are thick, the front curve is deep, and the temples flare out wide before hooking back.
This is the Havana colourway, the warm tortoise Ray-Ban has been running for decades, which is an unusual finish to see on a wrap this sporty. The lenses are a polarised light blue gradient, so they cut reflected glare off water and road while staying lighter towards the bottom of the lens.
The frame is nylon, which is light and holds its shape under a deep curve. The lenses block 100% of UV.
