Description
The Paracord is an everyday frame from Oakley, a full rim with a soft, rounded rectangular shape and a clean, simple front. The arms are built on wire cores, so they can be adjusted for a closer fit, and they run in the frame colour back to an angled break before finishing in black tips.
This is the Matte Black colourway, a flat black from front to tip with a silver Oakley icon on the outside of each arm. Prizm Sapphire is a bright blue mirror that shifts to violet towards the outer edges, and it reads rose from behind.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material, and the lens measures 57mm across. These are not polarised.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions.
