Description
The HSTN puts round lenses under a flat, angular brow. The top of each lens is cut straight across and the outer corners are faceted, so the front reads more geometric than a plain round, and each arm kinks in a sharp zigzag just behind the hinge.
This is the matte black colourway, flat black through the front and arms, with a silver Oakley icon plate set into each arm. Prizm Grey is a smoky grey with a faint cool cast and no mirror, and Prizm tunes the contrast rather than just dimming the light.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material. The lens is not polarised.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions.
