Description
Oakley first released the Frogskins in 1985. It is a squared frame with a straight brow and a keyhole bridge, and the Oakley wordmark runs along each temple.
Matte Ginger is a soft burnt orange in a matte, slightly translucent finish, with the wordmark in frosted white. Prizm Grey is a smoky mid grey with a faint cool cast and no mirror to it, and Prizm tunes the contrast rather than just dimming the light.
The frame is O Matter, Oakley's own lightweight frame material. These are not polarised.

About Oakley
Oakley started in 1975 in Jim Jannard's California garage, selling motocross grips made from a material he invented and named Unobtanium. Grips became goggles, goggles became sunglasses, and by the 1990s designs like the Eye Jacket and M Frame had rewritten performance eyewear. The obsessions have never changed: material science and optics, from O Matter frames to Prizm lenses tuned to sharpen contrast in specific conditions. Worn at the highest level of sport and collected well beyond it.
